how do i find out the value of an antique gibson les paul guitar??

was purchased used in 1982,good condition/ solid wood with pearl inlays and all original knobs and pickups??

put it up for auction and whatever someone is willing pay is how much it is really worth. lol. otherwise you are going by what somebody estimates someone else would pay for it.
